The City's public meetings are held at City Hall and live-streamed via Zoom.

Those wishing to provide public comment can do so through one of two options:
- In-person comment: An individual can choose to address the commission body in-person during the meeting. In-person speaker requests must be submitted to the City Clerk in advance of the start of the meeting.
- Audio conference via Zoom: Audio conference speakers must register to speak by noon on the day of the meeting. Speakers must sign into the Zoom meeting using the name, phone number and email address used to register for the Zoom meeting. When their name is called, the speaker will be allowed to unmute their microphone to provide the public comment. If there is no response, the City Clerk will move on to the next speaker.
